StaffSync - A new type of HRMS
The Challenge
When I joined the team, they were facing challenges with siloed information and misaligned stakeholders, which was leading to delayed sprints and features that didn't fully meet user needs.
My Action:
I led the adoption of the Scrum framework to bring structure to our development cycles. I built a centralized documentation hub aligned with ISO 9001 standards to serve as our single source of truth. To accelerate our work, I introduced AI tools into our workflow to assist the development team with smarter, faster coding and testing. I made sure to facilitate regular retros and check-ins to foster a culture of continuous improvement and balanced collaboration.
The Result
We achieved much stronger alignment on our goals. The new AI tools reduced time spent on repetitive tasks, and the documentation hub improved our onboarding and knowledge sharing. This led to more predictable sprint deliveries and higher-quality software releases, which significantly increased client satisfaction.

The Challenge
Kee Farms needed to secure critical funding for a new agricultural initiative but lacked a compelling strategy to engage investors and rally the local community.
My Action
I developed a two-pronged content strategy. For investors, I curated and produced engaging presentation materials that clearly articulated our mission and financial needs. For the community, I immersed myself in the company's values to facilitate meaningful discussions and workshops, ensuring the project was community-driven from the start. I constantly tracked performance metrics and feedback to optimize our approach.
The Result
The presentations I developed were instrumental in securing 100% of our funding goal. My community engagement efforts increased overall awareness by 25% and led to a 30% increase in workshop attendance, building a solid foundation of local support crucial for the project's success.

Data-Driven Efficiency in Financial Services
The Challenge
Our operational team was burdened with manually consolidating data from multiple sources, a process that was slow and prone to errors.
My Action
I used Python and SQL to analyze, extract, and transform data from these disparate sources. I then collaborated with the team to develop automated data pipelines to streamline the entire process.
